v0.2.2 Bugfixes

Updated to version 0.2.2

• Collision bug can cause buckos to get stuck out of bounds, added an automatic respawn if this is detected
• Also added a retry button on the pause menu just in case it's still needed
• Time was displaying incorrectly on levels after day 07, fixed
• Controller had no way to activate buttons, fixed
